Most HSR pickups happen on the 27th Main and Sector 2 stretch, where our riders run two collection loops a day — one before the morning office rush and one after 6 PM.

We currently collect from Sector 1, Sector 2, Sector 3, Sector 6, Sector 7, 27th Main, Agara, Parangipalya and Somasundarapalya. If your address sits just outside these pockets, message us on WhatsApp with the landmark — nearby areas such as Koramangala, BTM Layout and Bellandur are also served.

Standard delivery is 2–3 days. Express options are available on garment services. Orders placed before the evening cut-off are usually collected the same day in HSR Layout.

Yes. Our riders collect at the security gate or at your door, depending on the community's rules. Near landmarks like HSR BDA Complex and Agara Lake we run scheduled loops, so several flats can be collected in one visit.

The minimum order value is ₹299. If your order comes to less, it is still collected and billed at ₹299 — many HSR Layout customers combine a week's laundry into one pickup to make the most of it.
